Worst network ever

I'm very upset about upgrading with my Vodacom contract. I have these lines for 4 years now and suddenly when I'm due to upgrade Vodacom dont want to allow me to. I'm a very good payer and always telling people how satisfied I am with Vodacom, but this is going to change now. 3weeks ago I ordered phones that I want to upgrade to on 1June 2020, and when I get to the store this morning they tell !e that I can't upgrade due to a finance deal that does not allow me to. Why, if my account is up to date and they never struggle to get their money? I wish south Africa will read this and agree with me that Vodacom is the worse network in south Africa.
