Worst ISP in existence
Worst fibre ISP ever to have existed. No intenet for 3 days (so far) and absolutely useless support. Spent 30min on the phone to get through just to be told I am not allowed to open a ticket as they are “just the ISP” I have opened tickets through VOX but they just simply never get any feedback from Vodacom’s side and we are forever waiting for feedback on the ticket. Absolutely useless

03 Apr 2026, 15:58A ticket is logged to vodacom through VOX as you suggest but Vodacom seems to be just ignoring the ticket from VOX despite it being escalated. Ao yes I have done so through VOX but Vodacom still does nothing
