Worst ISP

Vodacom is the worst service provider ever! I’ve app**** for a fibre installation with VC in AUGUST already, got nowhere and contacted Vumatel myself for installation after many unreturned calls, queries etc. Because I’ve already signed a contract with VC unfortunately I had to stick with them. But AGAIN after numerous calls they can’t activate the line, need to “escalate” it to a “specialist” called Mary, who also can’t solve this. They are absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful and couldn’t care less about their clients. Biggest mistake to stay with them!
