Worst ISP by far in Africa
Paying for data sim but my APN was changed by one of their people from unrestricted to restricted. Battling 3 weeks to get it resolved. Want to cancel the data sim now and was told my service cannot be cancelled. Cynthia was so unprofessional in the cancellations department. I am not sure how can a person like that even have a job. Rude and not willing to assist. Vodacom you are by far the worst ISP in Africa
