Worst Internet service peovider

I took out an LTE contract with Vodacom which I pay a hefty price for every month via debit order each and every month, but I do not recieve service at all. We barely have internet which we can use and paying for something I do not recieve is as good as theft. I would like to get out of my contract with vodacom as they are not holding their part of the deal anf not providing me with internet.
