WORST INSURERS EVER.

Good Afternoon,

I have been attempting to update my insurance to my new cellphone upgrade unsuccessfully for two weeks now. I have been in-store and I have filled in and signed forms. Apparently this form has not been received. I have called your call-center and people have promised to e-mail me the form again. This has also not happened.

I don’t understand why this is such an impossible endeavor. Currently my phone is now uninsured despite all of my attempt to get it covered. If something happens to it I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE because I have gone above & beyond to get this sorted. Please can someone reach out to me and help me sort this out TODAY or I will cancel my insurance and take my business somewhere where I am assisted and valued.
