Worst insurance service ever
Vodacom cellphone insurance is the worst, can never and will never recommend it to anyone, what they know is to give us many excuses when they need to pay. I lost my phone May reported the matter they gave me excuses requested for the recording till today they still requesting it from sytems. Their service sucks I would advise any to use it
