Second time I am sitting with no internet access and being sent from one useless person to the next.

Supervisors repeat the same scripted message Yandelwa and "Sli" are the worst because seems they don't even know what they are doing.

The call centre staff honestly do not know what they are doing One minute it's an isolated issue, the next it's an area outage.

Stay away from vodacom fibre. I'm awaiting my cancelation confirmation
