Worst experience with Vodacom, got an upgrade and never received my minutes totally shocking!!!!!

I had my upgrade done the end of august last month, which was a nightmare in itself! I was going to switch to another provider with a great deal and Vodacom's retention department promised me various deal matches which never were exactly what they said. After much heartache and many calls to the retentions department, I agreed on a deal match with an agent Zolile, at the end of August last month. It's now September 18th, 3 weeks later and I still have been allocated my minutes! I have called various times and two 3 agents including a supervisor named Teritus Fitzgerald promised me this matter would be escalated and resolved within 24-48 hours. I have reference numbers for these two requests and emails as proof, escalation ref #*** & ***. I have tried to call the call centre numerous times and various agents have stated it would be escalated and still nothing has been resolved. I even spoke to a supervisor named Tertius Fitzgerald from upgrades department who was helping me on Monday and promised he would try to get to the bottom of this issue and now I haven't heard from him since Monday. I have sent him numerous emails and tried to reach him at the call centre and I am really stressed out about this and don't have my minutes to make calls and run my business!

This is being really unfair and I can't take this anymore, I have called soo many times and I am really upset and feel I have been taken advantage of. I really hope Vodacom will fix this matter
