Worst experience of my life trying to get anything out of the Call centers

I ordered my upgrade online (S7 edge) and when I didn't hear anything from the online team after 2 days I phoned the call center. The consultant advised that Samsung discontinued the Edge and I will in fact not get the upgrade. This was the first concern - having received a confirmation of my order when the product was no longer for sale. Subsequent to this experience, I checked my 'bill so far' on the Vodacom mobile app and discovered that they added R1300's worth of charges to next month's anticipated bill, including 'promotional' offers that I didn't request nor authorized. I spoke to numerous consultants and never received feedback, holding on for 30mins at times only to be cut off (or dropped) as soon as I eventually got through. Radwell was one of the consultants who promised to phone me back , but I ended up phoning to follow up as he didn't contact me as promised. I was also provided with a Manager's email address (Jeremy Meyers), whom I mailed twice and to this day my email hasn't been acknowledged and I still have no resolution. In my last attempt I phoned the call center and asked to speak to a/the Manager, and was told I'd be transferred - but 2 seconds later the call was dropped. Thank God I cancelled my contract as I'm definitely moving to another provider as a result of the shocking lack of service from the various divisions and agents I had interactions with (I was transferred from pillar to post almost every time I phoned).

I wrote my complaint on 22 December - it is now 8 January and I am still waiting for someone to contact me as promised in your generic automated response. I've been phoning and phoning and following up tirelessly the past 3 weeks as no one ever gets back to me. One of your agents told me to 'F&*k Off' !!! - you'll be able to confirm this on the voice recording. I cannot express how frustrated I am with Vodacom. My contract is ending in February and I will be moving to MTN without a doubt. You can be assured that I have shared my ********** experience and will continue to do so.

I've still not had anyone contact me since I logged this complaint. To add insult to injury, Vodacom closed my account 3 days ago and I've not been able to make any calls or use my data - for which you are still going to bill me in January! I've phoned your call center and each and every time I am just told that my call will be escalated to a Manager, then I received a sms with a new reference number (I've received 12 reference numbers so far!!), but no once phones me nor has there been any resolution. Two of the agents I've spoken to said they have no idea how it was even possible for someone to close my account as the Cancellations department must do this and can only do so once they have spoken to the client. I AM ACTUALLY CRYING NOW!!! I feel so hopeless as a customer, as it is clear that there is no one from Vodacom that cares.
