Worst experience

Vodacom allowed one of their consultants to falsely upgrade an existing contract without my knowledge they didn’t even follow POPI act , that phone is said to be worth R90 000 in 36 months If anything I would not recommend Vodacom to any customer . I have been trying to contact them for a whole week they kept on claiming that it will be cancelled today it’s out for delivery with Skynet they are going to deliver a device worth R90 000 to a stranger who is in KZN without my permission . I live in Johannesburg I have never set foot in KZN, proper channels were not followed when this *****ulent contract was open, this has caused so much distress in my life I don’t know how they think opening credit and playing with my credit record is a game to them . Worst and for most they are ruining my future, This can get me fired at work once I’m black listed as I do not afford that device I don’t know how Vodacom thinks ruining a 26 year olds black female is okay, I’m taking this to social media.
