Worst experience AGAIN!!!!

So yesterday i went to Vodacom Clearwater Mall to get me new phone after the big fight i had with this shop about my phone i got and was not working. So i took it in and after waiting forever j was told they are going to replace my phone. I then went to this shop to get my new phone just to be told that they do not jave stock. How pathetic. The manager and myself had a big argument and was shouting on each other. After he told me the lady at head office is lying to me and that he is upset because head office bever let him know that i was aloud to get a new phone. I told he does not know how to do his job properly. He said he would like it if i go to a different vodacom shop because he knows i reported them to hello peter. He was talking over me and refused to listen and everyone was lying and wrong but not him. I am sick and tired of this bad bad service. This is ridiculous!!! I was treated veey bad and unprofessional and now even i dont know when i will get my phone. I want credit on this month or i feel i need to be givven discount on this months account because i was treated so badly and unprofessional and even till this day i dont have a phone but vodacom expects me to pay the end of the month for something i did not have. I refuse to let this go and will continue to post and complain about this bad bad service of vodacom untill i get what is mine!!! After a shouting match with this shops "manager" i am disgusted and shocked with the treatment and so called service!!!
