Worst experience

Worst experience ever with my new phone. Thought the phone was insured but only to fined out that it was not insured. I was told that it is insured,because we did all the paperwork that was need. I can't even enjoy my new phone because it's not insured. I was helped on the 2 March 2020 by a vodacom shop in rustenburg waterfall mall. I would never recommend anyone to go there because clearly they don't know the work and it's not the first time having a problem with the same shop.
