WORST EXPERIENCE

I booked my cellphone in for repairs with the vodacom east rand mall branch on the 12th January 2016. After 2 weeks of getting no feedback from them regarding my cellphone repair I called the branch to find out the progress of repairs. The branch advised that they cannot give me feedback and I need to contact lakeside mall. The lakeside mall repair centre and was then advised that I can come and collect my phone and that there is no charges for the repairs done.<br> I drove all the way to lakeside mall to collect my phone only to find that nothing had been done to my device, just to hear that the east rand mall branch did not submit the insurance claim forms with the device. I was further advised by the agent that the east rand mall branch ALWAYS gets complaints due to their lack of customer service and negligence which I found to be EXTREMELY unprofessional.<br> I eventually received a call to collect my phone only at the end of February and upon collecting my device found that they had not returned my sim card tray. <br> dealings with these branches has been an absolute nightmare and even after the intervention of the branch managers the service still lacked the professional touch.
