worst experience!

I am on red vip advantage. My account is every month between R 2500 and R4000 . It has been 6 months that i am begging vodacom to put me on vip limitless! My debit order has been stop because of the fact that my account is so high and each month is a different amount! I have asked andasked to be put on the limitless package so that i can make sure the debit order goes of. Now it's time for me to upgrade but vodacom still doesn't want to upgrade me! It is pathetic! ! You are taking advantage of a situation! !! Why have limiteless package but you can't put meon this!! You will rather make me pay almost double that and gain the pleasure! !!! If you can't upgrade me to limitless you leave me with no choice to take all my contracts to another service provider! Stop taking advantage and rather keep your clients happy!!!!
