WORST EVER!!! stay away

I recently app**** for a vodacom contract online. They gave me a reference number and said a consultant would be intouch....haha noways.. so i called in, i was told all stock is finish, oh well, i found something else, i called in, the lady says she will call me back, remember im a client i want a deal, and vodacom would call me BACK... i waited, No1, called in, no stock AGAIN. found another deal, they have stock, I called in, call got cut a couple times after waiting for 15+ mins, last call over 20mins they answer, the lady cant help me because i enquired at another store about a deal, and wants me to drive back to a store and cancel,when i do that i cant make it in time for the deal as it expires today??? what the HELL. if vodacom does not want new customers, please by all means advertise that you guys do not want clients!
