Worst ever service provider

Vodacom is the worst service provider l have used. Their network is very bad, l have been offline for a week now no internet and can not work. l called in and spent more than 30mins on the call trying to resolve the connection problem until the guy just decides to put me on hold then dropped the call. Now when you want to cancel their poor service they tie you to the contract. Worst ever service provider
