Worst decision ever to join Vodacom

<p>I've been on pay as you go with vodacom for very long and on the 8th of February i decided to take out a contract with them and regretting it since that day! I kept the number ive been using for very long and never had any problems but since that day that my service went over on contract i cant receive or send any images on whatsapp, my facebook is on data mode and also doesnt show any images and my apps and internet saying network error please check network connection.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been to the store 3 times already in the past 10days and ive been making a few calls to the customer service every day with no luc****!!! on the 14th Feb the one technician said he will phone me back in 20 to 30 minutes and still no call since that day (3days ago) and it even cost me to do a sim swop that also didnt work</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i just want to cancell this contract and go to one of the networks that will appreciate having me as a customer and will deal with a situation immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER refer vodacom to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im done with the VODACOM.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
