Worst customer serviceL

I regret my move to Vodacom I took contract with Vodacom in 2016, the following year in 2017 I took another one, the problem started in 2018 when the 1st contract ended, their call centre persuaded me to upgrade but there was ***** that went on with my profile whereby I had to get an affidavit that I did not do any upgrade, that problem went on and on until I decided to lay a complaint with National consumer commission against Vodacom than the matter was resolved after a long struggle.

From that day I could not wait for my other contract to come to an end because even after they allocated the 076 number to another client they would send me sms threatening to block my number 083 for missing payment, when I called call centre I discovered that all my details was linked to that number that does not belong to me anymore. I asked them over and over to please remove my details under the other number. To end my last contract with them is been a nightmare, from January I was receiving sms and calls persuading me to upgrade but I refused. I called Vodacom from February to cancel my contract and the call centre agent said I should call them on the 1st of March 2019 that is when they can cancel the contract and I did just that the last debit order was going to be the 1st of April. To my surprise they debited my account again on the 02 May 2019 I reversed the debit order because according to my knowledge I was done with Vodacom. In October I received a letter for final demand from Vodacom for outstanding amount of R320.88 I don’t know how many call agents I spoke to who claimed that they will escalate the problem to their team leader and call back after 5 days but no one ever called me. On the 21 October I called again and spoke to Willona and I told her that I was tired of fighting with Vodacom am ready to pay for something that I know that I was not supposed to pay but to avoid ITC I would rather pay to my surprised Willona said my account is been written off and I asked her to send a letter to my email that will be the proof that they really did write off the balance, she promised that she will give her team leader to send the letter to me. on Friday I discovered that I am listed on ITC by Vodacom for R321…. What to do now? I AM TIRED
