Worst customer Service. now I'm blocked from phoning them.
Worst Customer service and system ever. Can't manage a contract number from a prepaid phone number. they keep dropping my calls on transfers. then I have to call back again. and now I cant call at all because they blocked my number( for a high number of calls from my number due to them dropping my calls).
they cancelled my black Friday deal i ordered. it doesn't even exist on the system. I can't complain because I Can't Phone them.
