Worst customer service in the cellular industry
On the 13/11/2015 I took my Sony experia v for repairs to a faulty keyboard and was told, that 7 to 10 working days will be the period required for the repairs to be done.On the 23/11/2015 I was called to pick up my phone only to find that nothing has been repaired.I had to book it in again and the usual 7-10 working days story comes into play .i have been pushed from PMB to Durban and to JHB phoning and enquiring ,no joy was achieved and had to just wait until I do get my phone. Finally today 17/12/2015 I get a call to pick up and wat a joy until get there to discover that it wasn't done properly with the screen not secured in the side area, more serious problem than it initially had ,as water could easily seep through a waterproof phone with this **** workmanship. Now I had to send it for repairs the third time after Vodacom had my phone for over a month.Every one promises the world when you take out a contract with them but here at Vodacom ,they don't worry about the customer once they get the business.Over a month and still not repaired and to top it up they create a new problem. ThInk Twice when dealing with Vodacom... They just ****
