Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom and pay insurance every month. I had to get my Samsung S4 Mini fixed.
8 Nov: I'm sent home to look for the box with the IMEI number.
9 Nov: Fill in all the forms, have my dad (the contract holder) email all the documents to the shop. Phone is sent away. I am told that I will receive a SMS in 20 working days to pick up the phone. Because of my insurance, I cannot insert the simcard into a temporary phone, I am forced to go and find a proof of residence to buy a new simcard & use a new number.
30 Nov: I call to check if my phone might be ready. I am informed my phone was sent back 12th of Nov as they tried to call me about a R4000 payment before having it fixed. Apparently, they didn't ask me to fill out the insurance form and didn't inform me that my phone had been sent back. We fill out the insurance forms and send it back. I am assured that because of their fault, the phone will be fixed within the week or replaced.
4 Dec: I call ahead and I am told my phone is ready for pickup (I didn't receive an SMS about this). I find my phone still not repaired, with a form stating that repairs would be too expensive. I am told nothing can be done.
