Worst customer service from Vodacom

Vodacom doesn't even deserve the 1 star, I have been out of connection since from Saturday morning around 7am till today, you call the consultants and they will tell you that the whole area is out and technicians are onsite and Mondeor was never down on Saturday, they keep on saying that your query has been escalated and some1 will contact you to assist, today it's day 4 and no action has been taken, In March I had the same issue were I went for over six weeks without internet and nothing was done until I wrote to Hello Peter, their service has gone from good to worst
