Worst Customer Service Experience
I have called your the Vodacom customer care centre on numerous occasions and have not even once received the best assistance. The consultants are *********** and unprofessional. They are rude and have no patience what so ever.
Even after explaining our issue and realising that the error was made by Vodacom they still refused to take accountability for the inconvenience we have experienced.
