WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE

Honestly Vodacom agents are the WORST!! I called the collections department only to be disrespected by the agent Palesa Motlou/ Moloi and team leader Jabulile Tshabalala, one thing I cant wait to do is cancel my contract. the both spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and the Jabulile Tshabalala told me I am shouting and it wont help not forgetting that she did not even ask me what my issue is. its sad how they take jobs and get annoyed when they deal with broke clients and if there were no broke/ non paying clients they would have no jobs.
