Worst customer service ever! Never take a cellphone contract with them. They will **** you

Vodacom has the worst service ever. I have called multiple times to complain about them charging me for something I did not authorise. Now they keep trying to debit a wrong amount despite me calling and complaining about this. The whole thing is affecting my credit score so much. My ITC has dropped since last money. That time I do have my debit amount in my account but they keep trying to debit more than the debit amount. I’ve spoken to 3 consultants already but nothing changes. At this point I need them to cancel the whole thing and take their phone back. They’re making the whole experience a mess.
