Worst customer service ever and

Worst customer service ever! I bought a phone at this shop that was the wrong phone and not suitable for the purpose. I did not take it out of the wrapping. There is no mention that returns or refunds are not possible on the receipt. The manager flatly refused to refund the item which was still in the plastic wrapping, and was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend shopping here. We went to another Vodacom shop at Long Beach Mall where the staff were much more helpful and you can return items as is customary at pretty much all shops in the world! However, I had already bought the item at the other shop. When I called Vodacom customer care they said they can't get involved in Vodacom shops. Customer care??? Seriously!?? I don't usually rant about bad service but this is next level bad, verging on ******** in my opinion. I will be sure to never use this shop again. I am considering cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom ( we spend about R4000/month with Vodacom). The phone cost R800. I certainly will advise everyone who asks me not to deal with Vodacom and especially not this shop. These guys really don't care about their customers.
