Worst customer service ever

I booked my phone for repairs on the 17 of august at Liberty midlands mall in Maritzburg at vodcom customer care and today its the 06 of October and its still not back as yet.its been 21 and half months now.<br> <br> The last time i was in contacted with them was the week of the 21st of September. I've been trying to contact them but to no avail.<br> <br> Whats worse through all of this I still have to pay my contract in full yet i don't have a phone and its their fault.I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.
