WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I took out the cellphone contract on the 16th of March 2015 and since then my phone has been in for repairs for 8 times!!!!!! I was never offered a loan phone and they don't want to give me a new phone. They don't keep it in mind that I have to give up my time and the money spend on petrol going to their shop countless times. When promising to phone me at work, it's always just an empty promise, I've had it with the bad service, I wanted to cancel the contract, but was told I'm not allowed to, but one thing is for sure I will NOT renew my contract or do business with them ever again!!!!
