Worst Customer service Ever

<p>I must say that i have never in my life experienced such bad service from Vodacom as the last few days.</p> <p>I did an upgrade on Tuesday and was told no problem I should receive my new Phone latest Thursday 3 days later i am still waiting for the confirmation department to contact me and i am just being told lie after lie after empty promises. This is very disappointing that you pay so much every month but you get not service at all. And the personal at the contact center attitude stinks.</p>
