Worst customer service ever!

Hi<br> <br> I am trying to transfer my cell phone account from my mother's name to mine and upgrade.<br> I have had miss information from Elaine and Stephanie. No response to calls and messages left to inquire as to what was going on with my query.<br> I have emailed and called.<br> <br> Worst vodacom branch ever, and I cant even complain to the manager as Elaine and Stephanie are the managers.<br> <br> I'm tempted to change service providers as a result of the poor customer service i have received from these two people.
