Worst Customer Service Ever!

This has to be the worst customer service I have received in my entire life.

Firstly you have to go through an excruciating and what seems to be a never ending list of option when you phone the customer care line just to be able to speak to an operator. It honestly feels as if Vodacom set up their customer call line in such a manner to discourage people to even try and phone them to have a problem resolved.

I have been struggling to get a credit on my account for 2 months now for data bundle which have been removed from my account. When I finally get somewhere and I receive a notification that my account will be credited I noted that whoever was responsible for the credit (Genieve Willis (Isaacs), as per the SMS is received) went and passed a credit based on the wrong data bundles meaning that I received a credit of R138 instead of R263.

Now when I phoned again they just passed me from one centre to the other literally in a circle. I phoned the call centre listed to an automated voice for 10 min got to an operator who told me no she can't help me with my old query she needs to open a new service request, eventually she said she can put me through to accounts, the lady at accounts said she will put me through to someone who can assist me. She then put me through to the customer care line where I should have had to listen to 10 min of an automated voice giving me the same options i just went through 5min ago.

I find the lack of willingness to assist someone utterly disappointing and wonder if you treat all your customers in this manner and if so I am truly astonished that you manage to keep your doors open!!! I would discourage every single person I speak to, to every open an account with Vodacom based on the service I have received in the past two months.
