Worst customer service
Vodacom has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!@ I cancelled my data contract which should have been effective 1 November 2019. Only to be debited by them & it is not cancelled! I have been trying for a week to cancel this, phone the customer department, have to give my information over & over again. So inefficient, still have gotten nowhere. Vodacom sucks!!!! Don't ever waste your time, money or energy on them. Worst ****piest service ever. Will never recommend vodacom
