Worst customer service

I called Vodacom to cancel an existing contract, their agent called Ndumiso was the one assisting me and the way he got angry when I declined all the other offers he was making to keep me on board _ the guy ended up raising his voice and shouting at me for asking clarity-seeking questions.

Vodacom, is this the kind of service you think we deserve as your customers?
