Worst customer service

I have not been receiving calls from people who are using Vodacom numbers for the past week. My phone calls to voicemail when someone using a Vodacom numbers call me. I am also not reveing sms and as a result I can't even receive OTP or ewallet numbers which is very frustrating. I have been going to Vodacom shop for the past two days and still not getting help. Their 082135 is just a machine talking which is pathetic. Your customer service really sucks. I have been using Vodacom for as long as i can remember and this is the WORST service I have ever come across. I am thinking of porting my number to Cell C because I cannot be sitting with network provider who simply doesn't care nor even make a flow up as to was I helped or not.

Vodacom please get your customer service in order. I was asked to do a sim swap still the network is not working this is really frustrating.
