Worst customer service - Cresta

I did a contract upgrade at the Cresta VodaShop Branch on the 8th May 2016. I upgraded the account and asked to get the Smasung S7 Edge and the Gear S2. I was able to get the phone, but they didnt have stock of the Gear S2. Today i am still still without the Gear S2, yet i was given an ETA of 3 to 5 days they would get stock on the product. We call every second day to find out where my watch is, and yet they suddenly cant give me an ETA. Horrible retail services! You will always get an ETA. What gets to me the most is they couldnt care less that they have not given me the product, nor will they do anything to try and fix this situation. They dont even bother to phone me as the customer to keep in the loop of what is going on with my item. i have to phone them! i have paid for my upgrade and only have one out of my two devices. I refuse to pay for the contract if i dont have both devices! This is the worst customer service i have ever had with regards to Vodacom. I have been a loyal client for many years! and have never even planned on moving! But if this is going to continue i will take my business with ALL my contracts else where! One other thing, i would love to know how you are selling contracts based on the new booklet if you dont have stock of the product that is for sale?! Not possible! and Vodacom as a business would not allow for their suppliers to go empty handed!

Only word I have gotten is an sms from Vodacom! No courtesy for a call to a loyal client? This post is nearly 3 weeks old and I have waited near on 5 weeks for my device! But then you have people trying to sell me products? I will NOT be paying my contract at the end of the month! Do you honestly care about your clients?
