Worst customer service

Vodacom customer care is the worst !!! I’ve had multiple contract with them and they don’t hesitate with taking the money , I’ve struggled with having to cancel an account in the past . Now , I’m looking to network unlock a pocket router that’s owned by VODACOM but I’ve been transferred from pillar to post because they don’t know their work ! The agents were Ntswaki and Sibongile , they even hung up on me and never returned my call . It’s just the worst. Don’t waste your time and money . I’d like to be contacted regarding this issue and just get my router working
