Worst customer service at vodacom

Was at n1 city vodacom, spoke to Matthew the most useless person ever. Took very long just to capture a pic for a upgrade. Told us the wrong information. Brought a ****ing sim for nothing, then had to go back to the **** place. Then Tristan assisted us but did not do the sim swop for activation, he did not push the stupid submit button. Now I must waste another day going to sort out **** because they can't do there job properly. Don't ever use n1 city vodacom. I must canceling all four contract at vodacom!!!!!!!!
