Worst Customer Service!!

Not even one star worth but can't write a review with at least choosing one. Worst customer service ever - one makes an agreement with them and honors it on your side and explain from the beginning what's needed and confirm that you would be able to use it as needed then the answer is yes - after phoning several times about the same issue its a different story and one still gets blocked by them and then it is this or that - so what is the point in making an arrangement from the start?! After this account is paid and closed, I will never ever sign a contract with Vodacom again or use them as a service provider. It is so frustrating when assistance is needed from them and still no resolve on the issue at hand as one is going back in circles the whole time
