Worst customer Service

On 3 November and 8 November, I submitted reviews regarding a migration done on my accounts. These migrations explained to me on 12 October 2023 were misleading (Business Partner - Co-Activate) as I was told that that Vodacom were re-looking their packages etc. and that I would not be paying anything more on my account which turned out to be not the case. After lots of back and forth, and after insisting that they listen to the call, I was eventually contacted by somebody named Megan Andrews on 9 November 2023. She advised that I would have to pay the adjusted account for November because I had already received the extra data & airtime BUT THAT (and she assured me) the migration would be reversed on 1 December 2023. However, on 1 December I again received the extra airtime and data and when I called Vodacom this morning nobody knows who Megan Andrews is even though she said that I should use her name as the reference and there is nothing on my profile regarding this agreement. I WILL NOT accept this, paying the R500 extra when I was assured that the migration would be reversed.

And yet, 7 December 2023, still no contact.
