WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolutely horrible service. Trying to explain to the consultant that I want to cancel my mother (who has immigrated), contract (which I already indicated in Dec) only for them to explain she has to phone them. After explaining numerous times that she cannot and that there must be another way they just refuse to assist me.
