WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
WORST customer service I have EVER received from all departments at Vodacom. I bought a device online (cash). Been trying to follow up on order confirmation and delivery and apparently NO-ONE can help me - as they don't deal with cash purchases only upgrades and contracts!
