worst customer service

i had given my cell phone for repairs on the 24/02/2016, and was told i will get a message to confirm when ready to collect.<br> the phone at the gateway store just rings and no answer , when i finally got a person to speak to he says yes the phone is ready<br> when i asked why was i not informed he is clueless<br> never send your repairs to Vodashop Gateway, worst customer service and no regard for clients
