Worst customer service

Received the worst service at Vodacom The Grove Mall. Got assisted by Jerry with an upgrade of a contract, he did whatever suited him which affected my other contract line. Struggled to get help from him for 2days and the other staff members were also not willing to assist instead they kept making excuses for him. Would not recommend the store to anyone!
