Worst Customer Service

Worst network for customer service. Aside from them debiting me for almost a year for a service I did not request and then giving me the run around on my refund they have also listed me long after I cancelled my contract with them and more than one consultant confirmed my contract has been cancelled and when my last debit order date will be. My account was then still debited for two months after the confirmed cancellation date. Vodacom loves taking money but can't service their long time clients and can never produce anything in writing or their so called call recordings.
