Worst Customer Service

On Friday 14 July 2017 @ 12:27 I made a call to ********** . The reason for my call: to get my nr ********** 859 unsuspended. The lady who I spoke to stated her name is Dorkus/Dorkas. When I had asked her why the nr was suspended she stated that this was due to the full amount not being payed. Even though and sms is sent with the amount that is to payed that amount is not the full amount therefor I must look at my invoice. Problem nr 1 is that the invoices do not get posted to 14 Deborah Crescent, problem nr 2 is when I asked her why the full amount does not get sms'd as not everyone has emails or access to emails or a postal address she stated that she can not tell Vodacom what to do. Now this is unacceptable, if a customer makes a suggestion surely this should be brought up with a manager or someone? But no she shut me down with she can't tell Vodacom what to do. This later became an argument. Once saw I am not winning i asked her to explain to me how I get the phone unsuspended and she eventually refused to assist me. I told her that I will be reporting her to a manager she said I must go ahead.

This is not the kind of service anyone she get. If she had politely told me that she would take my suggestion up with one of the managers I would not have a had problem.

In the end of the day we need to take into concideration the suggestions that is being made by customers and see how that make things easier.
