Worst customer service

<p>My account has been ready for an upgrade for more than a year now, but there had not been a phone I wanted until recently. I really want to get the Google Pixel. So I tried to phone vodacom to find out if or when they would have them in stock. After waiting more than fifteen minutes for someone to pickup the phone, I asked my question and was hung up on. How is this customer service?</p>
