Worst Customer Experience from Vodacom!

It’s over 3 months now I’m waiting for my order . I processed a order 3 months ago and I paid for it and till today I haven’t received my order and no constructive feedback or response has been provided to me as to why my order isn’t delivered all I get is the same response that the query is on hand or investigation what exactly is holding up Vodacom to process a order which has been paid for ? I would like to have my order delivered immediately I’m so tired of the service I have been getting from your company. You provide the worst experience Your managers don’t even have the decency to call customers as courtesy to advise customers of what’s causing their orders not to be delivered for 3 months already instead you advise agents to dismally say no to speaking to a manager I no longer want any more excuses I want my order delivered immediately.
