Worst customer experience

Please make sure you train your staff on how to deal with customers and make sure they know how your business works. I've been transferred to 5 different divisions, been kept on hold for 15 minutes and no one is able to assist me. The last person I spoke to informed me that I have to go into the store as they cannot fix the problem with my SIM card (SIM swop) via the telephone. Why do you offer the service to your customers then? To waste our time? To waste our energy and money? Even the staff in the Blue Route/Tokai store is half asleep/hangover and cannot provide great service either. Due to their incompetence, they messed up my SIM swop and I cannot use my new phone. I don't think you realise how your service causes an inconvenience. I can recommend an excellent company to train your staff and teach them how to work with customers. Only 2 days with Vodacom and I'm already regretting it. Am cancelling my contract and taking this phone back as I am still in the 7 day period. Moving back to Cell C. Please cancel my contract and alternatively I will go back tomorrow (my time and effort) and cancel myself.
