worst customer experience

I was previously on vodacom n ported 2 cell c. I then wanted 2 port back 2 vodacom so I called vodacom call centre n was adviced to do self service and if I don't win I should go to a Vodacom store. I went the next day in Guguletu Square and was assisted by an agent by the name of Buhle. She said I should come the next day which was Wednesday because they need to cancel the one I did myself and it will take 24 hours. When I went back she told me I should come back next week Tuesday. When I said I am not pleased with the experience she gave me an attitude and was very rude to me in front of her colleagues . I am still not assisted with my enquiry n I felt so humiliated, belittled and disrespected by Buhle. She needs to understand the basics of customer service and treat customers fairly whether they are from a black enviroment or not. Her body language n the way she spoke to me just shows her incompetence in the field she is at.
